At Taelleo, we meticulously inspect every artisanal teapot set to ensure it satisfies our premium quality criteria. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, we offer a transparent and structured Return and Refund Policy. Consumers possess a fixed window of thirty (30) calendar days counting from the verifiable carrier delivery date to submit a formal return or exchange petition to our team.

To successfully qualify for an approved return and full financial credit, the teapot set and all supplementary accessories must be returned in flawless, retail-ready condition. The items must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and entirely free from tea stains, watermarks, dust, or micro-abrasions. The set must remain safely secured inside its original custom foam inserts, gift boxes, product sleeves, and instructional material. Taelleo reserves the absolute corporate right to audit all returned merchandise and completely reject refunds if items exhibit distinct markers of consumer usage, structural damage, or negligence during the return journey.

To execute a return, you must first initiate contact with our customer experience office at service@taelleo.com to secure a formal confirmation and an authorized tracking file. Returns forwarded without prior written clearance will be rejected at our receiving bays.The customer assumes full financial liability for all return shipping costs, courier processing fees, and international customs tariffs, unless the item arrived severely fractured due to confirmed courier mishandling. Upon passing visual audit, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within seven to ten business days.
